Saki is a Japanese rice wine. And it's usually served warm.

Italian would be an easy way to go. Pick a pasta with a tomato based meat sauce and pair it with chianti (wine) and finish it with espresso or a cappuccino.

asian cuisine : ginger shrimp - gewuerztraminer (cold) / fried lychees - warm saki (hot). italian cuisine: spaghetti bolognese - valpolicella / tiramisu - espresso. french : brie en croute - puilly fuisse / creme brulee - cafe au lait. austrian : zwiebelrostbraten - gruener vetliner / ham & cheese toast - hot tea with lemon.

Chinese wine is called Saki so that would be kind of easy.
