They serve different functions. The 10 Commandments is a moral code, the Wiccan Rede is an ethical code.
Frankly, both reduce right and wrong to the status of a "sound bite" and are therefore limited in the actual "help" they can provide when making ethical and moral decisions. It doesn't matter if it is "WWJD" the 10 Commandments, or the Wiccan Rede, morality and ethics should be driven by something more than a slogan on a bracelet.
EDIT
NOUN:
pl. mo·ral·i·ties
The quality of being in accord with standards of right or good conduct.
A system of ideas of right and wrong conduct
The 10 Commandments is the very definition of a moral code. Morality is proper behavior. A religious moral code would have religious moral standards.
The Commandments are, for some, the systematic standard by which good and bad are judged. They have little to do with ethics which more the philosophy behind morality.
A list of "don'ts" is morality, a philosophy about how to choose right and wrong is ethics.
Either way, it doesn't change my point. Moral and ethical codes are more involved than a slogan.

It would appear that you folks have NO idea WHAT the Wiccan Rede REALLY is. It is WAY more then simply the sinlge verse "An ye harm none, do what ye will". THAT verse is the very LAST line from the Rede, whih is a VERY long code of ethics and instructions. So that you ALL willl know it, I will post it here for ALL to see and know it for exactly what it is.
Wiccan Rede
Bide the Wiccan Laws we must
In Perfect Love and Perfect Trust.
Live and let live,
Fairly take and fairly give.
Cast the Circle thrice about
To keep the evil spirits out.
To bind the spell everytime
Let the spell be spake in rhyme.
Soft of eye and light of touch,
Speak little, listen much.
Deosil go by the maxing Moon
Chanting out the Witches' Rune.
Widdershins go by the waning Moon,
Chanting out the baneful rune.
When the Lady's Moon is new,
Kiss the hand to her, times two.
When the Moon rides at her peak,
Then your heart's desire seek.
Heed the North wind's mightly gale,
Lock the door and drop the sail.
When the wind comes from the South,
Love will kiss thee on the mouth.
When the wind blows from the West,
Departed souls will have no rest.
When the wind blows from the East,
Expect the new and set the feast.
Nine woods into the Cauldron go,
Burn them fast and burn them slow.
Elder be the Lady's tree,
Burn it not or cursed you'll be.
When the Wheel begins to turn,
Let the Beltaine fires burn.
When the Wheel has turned to Yule,
Light the log and the Horned One rules.
Heed ye flower, bush and Tree,
By the Lady Blessed Be.
Where the rippling waters go,
Cast a stone and truth you'll know.
When ye have a true need,
Hearken not to others' greed.
With a fool no season spend,
Lest ye be counted as his friend.
Merry meet and merry part,
Bright the Cheeks and warm the heart.
Mind the Threefold Law you should,
Three times bad and three times good.
When misfortune is enow,
Wear the Blue Star on thy brow.
True in Love ever be,
Lest they lover's false to thee.
Eight words the Wiccan Rede fulfill:
An ye harm none, do what ye will.
Now, THIS is the Wiccan Rede, in it's entirety. Not just a short statement that covers ONLY theGolden Rule. The Rede is the Code of Chivalry of Witches. Not ALL witches subscribe to the Rede, but most do. the Rede covers a LOT more than merely how witches deal with others who are NOT witches. It covers how witches conduct their circles, when, where and how. It gives hints as to what can and shoud not be done. It also gives a bit of wisdom with regards to certain folks that should be avoided. No, it is NOT a set of Moral values, it is intended to be a general guide of ethics and other thngs. However it DOES insist on the idea that NO harm should come to anyone else, it states WHY that should be so as well.
I hope you folks learned something from all this.

What Raji has posted is not the Wiccan Rede, but Rede of the Wiccae, a faith-poem by Gwen Thompson sacred to the NECTW, which does not speak for all traditions of Wicca BY A LONGSHOT and is, indeed, ©1975 Gwen Thompson.
Credit where due, people. Respect our authors.
I think, BTW, that to compare the Wiccan Rede (An it harm none, do as you will) to the ten commandments is unfair- Wicca has a lot more than the Rede. Now, compare the ten commandments to the 161, or the Ordains, and that's a fair comparison.

The Rede (And it injury none, do what thou wilt) isn't something like Commandments. The Commandments are a catalogue of issues you are able to no longer do and might do. The Rede in simple terms grants permission to do specific issues freely (those issues that injury none.) there is no longer a single action that it says you will possibly desire to do or might desire to avert. The Rede became no longer written interior the early 1900s. the 1st evidence we've of it is 1964. you're thinking of Crowley's regulation of Thelema, which reads in part "Do as thou will may be the entire of the regulation," which has heavily distinctive meaning than the Rede (even however nonetheless isn't very equivalent to a Commandment)

The literal answer to your question is the 10 commandments, but you're really comparing apples and exestential poodles. The Commandments are rules, the Rede is advice. The Commandments label specific things you have to do or not do, the Rede simply states some actions which can be freely done.

The Rede doesn't spell it out for you - it makes you think. IMHO, this makes it better. People need to be encouraged to think, not just to mindlessly obey.
I think the Rede teaches a more peaceful way to live, because it doesn't try to tell people how to run every nit-picking little part of life like the Big 10 do.

The real difference between the two is that the Rede does not dictate what you worship. Other than that, they're basically saying the same thing.

Both are just common sense. Anyone with half a brain knows not to cheat, kill, or anything else that the 10 commandments say. The rede does the same it just does not specify.
