Why does my stomach hurt ...i only did about 40 sit-ups Yesterday !!!!! please explain~

Your muscles weren't being exercised to that level before and they feel strained.

well what your souppossed to do is work your way up to that number, like start with 10 sit ups and 10 push ups then add one every day or so
