People get hooked on not eating because it makes them feel in control when they have a lot of stress in their lives. "I'm scared of the future, I don't feel smart in school, (or whatever it is) but I'm in control because I just eat 200 calories a day."
You're catching on that this is a problem early, which is good. You need to find OTHER ways to feel in control of your life so that you can get back to eating a healthy diet. Does that all make sense?
Now there are a TON of better ways to cope and feel in charge of your life than not eating. Or cutting, or getting high, or risky sex, or any of the other ways people try that does more harm than good, to anyone else reading this.
I usually suggest either meditation, learning to control your own mind, or positive affirmations which is another way to control how you think and feel on your own. MEDITATION FOR DUMMIES is a good how to for one, THE POWER OF POSITIVE THINKING is good for the other. A good library will have both.
Try this every day for a month, see if you worry about what you eat less.
Lay down in a quiet room, close your eyes, and take slow deep breaths. make each inhale and exhale last as long as you can.
First say to yourself "I feel my toes relaxing." and they will. Then say "I feel my ankles relaxing" and they will. Go all the way to the top of your head until you reach the top of your head.
Imagine that as you exhale that red smoke it blowing out your mouth as you exhale, taking away all the stress with it. As it goes out of you, you'll feel your body getting lighter.
Just lay there, calmly breathing, blowing out the stress, for about 20 minutes.

i'm having the same problem...we might be experiencing a little exercising obssession and minor anorexia, but just remember that you still need fat to grow and you might have to go through all your life boobless if you keep starving yourself : / (which probably isn't very attractive, lol)
it's very common i guess, with teenage girls, with all the media reinforcing that rail-thin models are beautiful.
you're probably tired because you aren't getting enough nutrients
you should figure out your BMI (body mass index) to see if you're underweight, or just right:
