I found a wholesale car lot that sales cars for about 4 or 5 thousand but the Kelly blue book value for the cars are really 7 and 8 thousands.Will all the cars be put in my name and then when some one buys them from me I put them in their name.

Most states require that you have a dealers license. The cars you buy would be assigned to your used car business name
If you put the car in your own name you would probably have to retitle it and pay a sales tax on it.
Dealer in Massachusetts and most states don't pay or collect sales tax. The retail buyer pays the tax and the RMV or(DMV) collects the sales tax.
You will need a dealer log book to enter all the info on the car you bought and who it was sold to.
Every state has slightly different requirements
