Free Parental control software?

Question

Hi. where can i find a site where i can download a good parental control program which doesnt mess up my internet. I have tried www.download.com.
i need a good one which does quite alot. Thank u

Pretty good system built-in Internet Explorer.

Carefully review the Security, Privacy, and Content tabs.
I have Security and Privacy set to medium.
If you click Content tab, click "enable," you can set limits and ensure their obedience by setting a password. Of course, you have to have yourself setup as administrator to do this.
I have mine set to 0. So far, so good.
However, there is nothing that I know of, so far, to prevent a user from clicking what sounds like a legitimate link and accidentally getting some smut from some malcontent out there .
