depends how old you are, if your fat is old and has been on you for a while then it may be harder. but if your young like 16-17 then you might have a good chance. Just eat A bowl of spcial K cerial with red berries every morning, then after each 3 hours eat something healthy and fat free. make sure you do good physical execercise.

Its possible but when your shedding that so much per week its outlined as a crash weight loss program, which means your body is being depribed of its wanted vitamins and minerals and your body will react the reverse manner that you want, you're going to lose muscular tissues instead of fat, and the small quantity of energy your taking in, your body will retailer. The doctors say that the healthy quantity to lose is 2-four pounds per week. Try regularly altering your eating habits rather of occurring a food regimen, the long term results are greater due to the fact that your body wont go into shock. I do know you need results ASAP however its better to attend and suceed then to rush and fail. Good good fortune! And preserve a optimistic angle:) and preserve up the excersise. P.S. Just a little tip with healthful eating, when you consume raw carrots or celery they burn extra energy to bite than how a lot calories they without a doubt have in them.

You cannot lose that weight in that amount of time. In one week, the max you can lose is 5 pounds. So diet and excersize and you should be able to lose it in 2-3 weeks.
Hope I helped!

I lost 350lb.s and it took 8 months to loose most of it on ( chicken breast pan boiled/browned not fried )and vegetables i ate cabbage, broccoli,a lot of carrots for snacks, salads with lite dressings, apples a lot of grapefruits. That's what worked for me! I was on a lot of fast diets. And i gained the weight back fast after the diets.you need diets that fill you up. so you don't crave food. Good Luck!

What worked for me a year ago was NO solid food for 6 days, juices and vitamins only. and I lost 10 pounds. Drastic but effective. Food craving fades in about one day.

if you lose more than 1-2lbs a week its not fat you are losing but only water weight and muscle which means you are slowing down your metabolism and will gain it all (if not more) back and fed the yo-yo cycle.

IT IS NOT SAFE TO LOOSE THAT MUCH THAT QUICK. EXERCISE, EAT HEALTHY, DONT EAT RIGHT BEFORE BED AND ONLY EAT WHEN YOU ARE HUNGRY AND NOT BORED. ALSO, DRINK LOTS OF WATER.
