if a person has lost 40 pounds the year before for and he is planning on losing 20-30 more pounds the year after can he/or she do it

Yeah definitely!! You just have to stay motivated and keep active. You'll lose weight slower than before but you can definitely lose twenty pounds in a year, maybe even less than a year! Congratulations and good luck!!

depends if your skinny now then you will have trouble loosing it.. but if you still have weight to loose you will do it!!

i lost 42lb stone in 2 months which brought me down to 112lbs .. since then iv put on anbout 15 lbs and have to lose it agen grr lol

its hard to keep it off when you've lost it i find...

but yh if ur motivated ull loose it good luck!!

How close are you to your goal weight? The closer you are to the weight you should be, the harder it can be to lose it.

well if that person was getting too thin i wouldn't suggest it
