Well...er...yeah, but the dosage would be very different. The frequency and duration may be different as well. If you're thinking of using doxy prescribed for a dog on yourself, think again. Although doxy is a broad-spectrum antibiotic, misuse of it can create bacterial resistance.

Don't do that! Get your own. Also, who knows if doxycycline will kill whatever it is you have unless you consult with a doctor?

Also be aware that doxycycline is contraindicated in kids and pregnant women.
