I have been noticing that in my neighborhood they are forever getting held up,their apartments are getting robbed, and one time, a policeman ripped a gold chain off of one during a traffic stop.

They carry their cash, and are nervous of being involved with police, since they are breaking the law themselves.

Sure. A policeman ripped off an illegal. I'm buying that.
Illegals ARE criminals. Criminals live among and associate with other criminals...they deal in cash...of course they will be the victims of crime.

What are you complaining? Do you think it is wrong?
Of course illegals should be robbed.
What don't you understand about it?
When you disregard the law, when you live every day violating the law and saying the law shouldn't apply to you, then you need to be prepared when people listen to you.
If the laws don't apply saying illegals must stay out of our country....Then the laws granting them protection from criminals should not apply to them either.
Illegals want it both ways, protection, civil rights, and benifits, while not actually having to follow the rules.
They deserve any thing that happens to them.

They are the ones who will keep their money and goods with them where they live, rather than a bank. They are also the least likely to report these types of crimes. Why?... No proof of what was stolen. Don't want to give out their real names. And more than likely no documents to prove they have a right to be here. Or should be here
If you see it happening, why aren't you recording it, and reporting it to the Police Commissioner or Mayor.

Because if they get robbed they can't just report it to the police, without the police finding out that they also are breaking the law by being a illegal immigrant.

They are sometimes paid in cash and also carry cash for daily transactions. They are also less likely to turn to law enforcement for obvious reasons therefore they make an easy target for thieves.

Because these criminals can't file charges against their attackers as they would have to identify themselves as border jumper sand risk being sent back.
This would be like a drug dealer calling the cops and saying that someone just stole their drugs.

Those who are here illegally “are reluctant to use U.S. banks or report crime to the police for fear of deportation.” reluctant to use U.S. banks this certainly is not the case for BOA they have been courting illegals to open accounts with all they need is the Mexico consult card.Do the police really need to hold classes on how to report a crime ? I would ask if the police need to teach classes on how to report a crime , would they also need to include what laws you are required to follow in America ?

Those who would commit such crimes are aware that illegals carry large sums of money on them because they don't want to chance putting it in the bank for fear of being deported..
