Can spray cleaners cause sinus Problems?

it seems every time I use window cleaner and 409...the next day i have sinus headache...could the cleaners cause this?

Yes. Cleaners can definitely cause you to have issues with your sinuses. You are obviously sensitive to the chemicals in 409 so try switching to a different cleaner other than 409. I recommend something like Clorox Multi-Surface. It comes in a bluish bottle and there is not really a strong odor. If you do not like the Clorox then I recommend when you clean to have excellent ventilation.
