6 hard boiled Eggs (large)
3 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon mustard (honey mustard is great!)
1 teaspoon vinegar
salt & pepper to taste
paprika (optional)
To boil eggs, place eggs in enough cold water to cover completely, bring to a rolling boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to a lower MEDIUM BOIL and cook an additional 12 minutes.
Promptly chill eggs in ICE WATER until chilled so yolks stay bright yellow...keep adding ice as necessary....rapid chilling helps prevent the "greenish" ring to appear around the yolk.
Remove shells from eggs, and halve lengthwise with a knife.
Carefully remove the yolks, and place in a medium bowl.
Mash yolks with a fork, and add remaining ingredients.
Very carefully spoon mixture back into the egg white halves. Garnish with a light sprinkling of paprika (optional).

Boil your eggs, peel them, cut them in half. Scoop out the yolks, put them in a Ziploc bag, add mayo and mustard powder(you can get it in spice aisle), mash it all together. Snip the corner of the bag and squeeze it into the egg. Garnish with seasoning salt if wanted. The mustard powder gives it a bite that prepared mustard doesn't.

You mix a little mayo and mustard with the hard cooked yolks and mash it all up with some salt and pepper. That's the basics. You can add pickles or peppers, or tuna, or almost anything to change the flavor. Then sprinkle with some Paprika or Cayenne.

Boil your eggs, let cool, cut in half, and put the yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add a hearty Tbsp of mayo, Dijon, and a smaller spoon of dill relish, and a tsp. of white vinegar. Whip it all up, put in a ziplock, snip off the end, and pipe into the egg whites. Garnish with a black or green olive and paprika.
(I'm making some right now!)

Mine are the very best. I get requests to bring them with me all the time.
Boil as many eggs as you want in salted water until fully done.
Drain, add cold water and cover in ice cubes
Crack and peel, slice in half lengthwise.
Take out the yolk and smash smooth with the back of a spoon.
Add REAL mayonnaise until fluffy.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and add about a teaspoon of sugar if you have boiled about 6 eggs.
Makes great egg salad, too! (The sugar and REAL Mayo are the secrets.)

I hardboil my eggs, peel, cut in half and then put the yolks in a bowl. Mash the yolks, add the seasonings you like (I use dillweed, garlic powder, etc.) and mix...then I add Ranch dressing instead of mayo. Gives it a nice different flavor.....
