I wish all illegals would leave. Then we would see who these idiots would get to clean thier buildings, pick thier food, mow thier lawns and the many other jobs they do for less that minimum wage. I am sure the Native Americans are saying the same thing as this group of idiots who are against illegals. But little do they know when they go visit Canada or any where else they will need to apply and get a passport. good luck to those who just want to vacation in Alcapulcu and have soem type of minor criminal history like driving with no license or without any insurance. Poor dopes don't even realize that the new royalty is making them eat cake. Elitist are not our friend but keep buddying up to them while you learn to scrub thier floors.

They should be entitled to pay back any taxes and social security payments which were left out because they were paid in cash. Then maybe they should pay for the cost of their own prosecution as the cost of prosecuting an illegal alien must come from somewhere. And then there is the cost of prosecuting whoever gave him a job and paid him illegally without paying the employer part of the taxes and withholding.

The after he pays for any expense the US has in housing him until he is placed on a plane out of the US and pays for his one way ticket home. He should be allowed to keep what is his.

But the law in the US is that you can not profit from your illegal actions. And anything he earned during his stay in the US was a result of an illegal action.

I feel sorry for the man. I wish he could have his money, because he worked hard for it. But the facty of the matter is...He entered the country illegally, worked illegally, was paid illegally, tried to take cash instruments in excess of $10,000 out of the US illegally and he got caught.

Illegal are illegal therefor their rights do not fall under the US jurisdiction who cares if they worked everyone does....I wouldn't go become a dishwasher in Sweden and then demand Swedish
laws and no deportation if I entered there illegally....you think its hard to get to be a citizen in America? Go to Europe or Canada and see. If you love your country so much then stay there. I am sick of the INS not following through our country is giving everything on a silver platter to illegals and they just spit on us and call us names go back if your land and people are so wonderful then why'd you leave?

When you enter any country illegally you have no rights. Any money or property obtained while committing this crime should be forfeited. Just as what is done to drug dealers property. If you truly love this country and want to partake in the American dream then it would be an important enough issue for you to do so legally.

They should not be "entitled" to anything other than a one way trip back to where they came from. They are not US citizens and should not enjoy the same right as people that go through the proper process. They are criminals and infringe on everything I work for exploiting the resources my tax dollars pay for.

I have no problem with immigrants as long as you do it the right way, any other way is just criminal.

I am still laughing that the illegal washed dishes for 12 years and then tried to sneak out of the country with a bag of money. He is illegal. He didn't pay any taxes. He probably collected all kinds of government services. I hope that serves as a warning to other illegals. Go home empty handed.

Pedro you have the right to remain silent anything you say can and will be used against you. The judge should be commended for confiscating his illegally gotten gains. Pedro broke the law and stole from legal Americans by virtue of his illegal status.

Yes, I agree that illegals who got paid should be able to spend it as they see fit, but should not complain when they are caught and the business owner gets shut down for hiring illegals and that one way ticket back to their home nation. I am all for legal immigration, and completely against illegal immigration.

They have rights as humans but don't have rights within our country. They've not earned the right for any benefits Americans have worked hard to earn.
