Anyone taken CoQ10? Have you noticed any results from taking it?

I was just wondering if it's worth the money ? Is there anyone who has taken it and have you noticed any results from taking it ?

My husband takes it for Parkinson's disease. It's hard to tell if it helps since he takes prescription things with it.
