I know that there is not one specific exercise that will allow you to loose weight from your face, but how much of a difference would losing 5-10 pounds overall affect my facial appearance? I can tell that I have the potential for showing some good bone structure, but right now its kinda covered with fat I guess. The thing is though that I dont have a big body and I am fairly thin so my face looks out of proportion; however, I can loose 5-10 pounds and still be a healthy weight.

We generally lose it around our whole body. I think that you would see a difference in your face with that weight loss.

Oh, I know what you mean. i have a "lollipop" face as well, the face that's alright but looks bigger because the rest of your body is pretty skinny. I don't think you can influence weight loss on your face. However, I remember my mum lost a lot of water retention on her face by reducing the amount of salt in her diet, this includes reducing pasta, soup, biscuit, stc in take and going for more natural foods with a slight amount of salt like the new waitrose rice cakes which only have a trace of salt.

according to my own experience losing 5-10pounds will not give a major change in your facial appearance but if you lose approximately 20-25pounds, I'm sure you will notice the differences..
