It really depends on the game. In blackjack the face cards are 10 and the ace is 1 or 11. In hearts, the queen of hearts is 13 and the other heart cards are 1.

It what game?
If the game is Blackjack, all the tens, jacks, queens, and kings are worth 10. Aces are worth 1 or 11 based on your choice.
If the game is Baccarat, the 10's and face cards are worth zero, the ace is worth 1.
In other games, those cards will have other values.
