Who says Jr isn't that good? You? He may never drive like his father but he has drive, determination and it's in his blood. In my opinion he will kick butt when next season begins. I also remember very well a Martinsville race last season where his car was bashed and banged and he drove the heck out of it....His pit was right in front of our seats.. He had some serious damage but he stayed out and raced...not 1 or 2 laps down but on the lead lap and if I am thinking correctly he finished in the top ten.
He has potential...we've seen it...we will see it again..
BTW I am not a Jr. fan but I do hope he does well next year!

I think Jr is a C+ driver. I feel sorry for the poor guy because he knows he is not now, nor will he ever be, the driver his dad was. I also think he might be a bit embarrassed by the more rabid members of his fan base.
Jr would be a better driver if he didn't try so hard to live up to the legacy.

Hendrick will be counting all the money they get from sales off of Jr. All his fans will have to have new stuff. That will bring in millions. Hendrick would have fired his own mother to snag Jr.

I think JR is the driver he is cracked up to be, he can only be as good as his team and in my humble opinion; Tony Eury Jr is a total mistake for JR's team. Also, sweetness is correct....JR is not the PRETTY BOY his teammates are, he is more one of the GUYS.

Well believe it or not, Hendrick knew what he was doing when he signed Jr.!!!!!
You must be one of those Jr. haters who just want to bash him because of his last name.
Tell you what, you get out there in a car and race Jr. then come back and whine somemore because you couldnt keep up with him.

Any driver in nascar today can win a race in the right equiptment. To even get into a cup ride, the driver is an outstanding talent. I know you'd love it if they put you in a Hendrick's car and put up against Jr in a DEI car for a grudge race of say 5 laps and see who would win. Talk about a laughing stock.

I think your wrong, but time will tell, I like Jr and Think he'll be a great asset to the HMS organization, I can;t help but wonder if they got rid of the wrong driver, so I guess we see! GO Jimmie GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OUCH, all of this shouting, it hurts my ears. And how come
so many Jr. haters in here? And who says Jr. is not a good
driver? OK, he isn't as good as his dad. Did you expect
him to be as good or better? FYI Jr. is as good or better
than 80-90% of the drivers out there and to me, that's
pretty good.
