Energy produced in a power plant step up to 230KV,or 400kv or 500 kv and transmitted to long distance from there reached to distribution cent re from there step down to 110 KV(Industrial consumer ),16.75kv or 11kv Distributed to various consumers& domstic utility feeders Substation- local SS from there again step down to 380V, or 400v or 230v to Domestic consumer.They will make ring mains system by receiving from various power plant in EHV then distributed to avoid black out .This I have given simple net work.
