I also have a lot of little red dots on my body. I saw a dermatologist for another issue and when he was doing a skin check he noticed them. I forget what he called them but he asked if I wanted them removed. I asked if they were potentially dangerous and he said no, so I opted not to have anything done with them. He said getting these red dots were inherited.

don't worry, i have them too. they're more common than you think. just exfoliate and moisturize the needed areas, if you continue with this routine, then they should go away with a bit of patience.
