Please tell me bout this cancer! some one i know had breast cancer, and they got the all clear, but lately have benn complaining of back aches.. she went for a mmr and they found cancer again!!

A Secondary Cancer (neoplasm) refers to any of a class of cancerous tumors that are either metastatic offshoots of a primary tumor, or apparently unrelated tumors that increase in frequency following certain cancer treatments, including chemotherapy or radiotherapy. It is not a relapesation of the old cancer and it is new-
It has to be treated separately again as treatment was given to the primary cancer. Much depends on the stage of the disease and position of the patient as well us how far the primary tumor has been cured. If the primary one is not cured fully, it is going to be difficult proposition. All said and done you have to fight the disease by giving all the treatments in full as CANCER IS STILL AN ENIGMA. what has happened is that it has mastisied to other organs in her body. When cancer is first diagnosed it is the primary cancer, then if cancer shows up else where its secondary cancer. Chances are that its not as bad. But know one really knows. best of luck, Just be there for them.

Not a secondary cancer, but a recurrence. It depends if there is already a spread in other parts of the body. If it does, a poorer prognosis is expected

please dont worry about it, same thing happened to my friend three and a half years ago and she's fighting fit at the moment, doctors told her its probably because of her possitive attitude to life, make sure your friend thinks possitive, mental attitude,it certainly worked for my friend. good luck
