Fish contains too much mercury. Fish contains essential fatty acids for your health. So is it good or bad?

i love fish. i do eat it in moderate amounts. but i'm wondering if it would be harmful to my health otherwise?

Better fish than red meat but avoid salmon because it's almost not "natural" anymore. In a moderate way you may eat everything and just enjoy!

Some fish contains more mercury than others but I do believe that the benefits of eating fish at least twice a week far outweighs the benefits of five days of beef.

Eating fish is good for you. Personally, I would rather steak or chicken. But its all in the taste buds!
