I don't think you are speaking the truth I think you're JUST TROLLING and try'n to start trouble. Had I said that to my Dad who is a Retired Air Force Vet who did go to Nam. He'd beat the crap out of me and I'd deserve it as would you.

I'm a Vet-USAF also!

So grow up and stop Trolling or start respecting you're dad for his service to Our country!

If you were my kid you would be lucky I only got pissed off!!!My brother was an Army grunt. He doesn't talk about his experiences in VN, but he did tell me that kids would come into their camps during the day and do chores for the grunts, which they were paid for. Then at night they would come back and throw grenades into the areas where they knew the troops were billeted. They would also tell the NVA locations of sensitive sites.

Raping babies, though, I don't think so. If it did happen, and I say IF, it would be statistically minute. I would have to see documented proof of such acts.

War is brutal and brutalizes people. Not an excuse, but a reality.

Probably because you have no idea what hell fighting in Vietnam was and because you've decided to lump your own dad in with those who committed wartime atrocities. For someone who claims that he is going to law school, you are certainly a bear of very little brain and haven't thought anything out. Good luck in becoming a lawyer because you will certainly need all the help you can get in order to properly win a case in court.

He is ashamed at your total lack of knowledge with regards the Vietnam War.

He went and served his country in the time of need, but he suspects you would be too yellow to do the same.

He had the guts to fight for your right to stand there and bad mouth him,

Some brave man and a major disappointment you turned out to be.

Defense Attorney: Doctor, you say you say Mr. Smith was dead. Is that correct?

Doctor: Yes sir.

DA: Did you check for a pulse?

Dr: No sir.

DA: Did you take an EKG?

Dr: No sir.

DA: You are telling the court you declared Mr. Smith dead without performing any tests at all?

Dr: Yes sir.

DA: Then how could you possibly arrive at that conclusion?

Dr: Well, sir, his brain was sitting in a jar next to the operating table. But I suppose he could have been practicing law somewhere.

Kid you are a poster child for abortion.

If you were my son, when I got back from Iraq, I'd take you over my knee. And, kid, I'm 65 and I could still do it.

Why? Well, first he's your father. You should respect your father. He's older than you. You should respect your elders. He gave you life--for which he is likely sorry. You should have some respect for him for that. After all, if it weren't for him, you wouldn't be here.

You think you know something about law? Think libel and slander. Do you think the Constitutional right to "freedom of speech" removes the necessity to exercise the right responsibly? And you're going to practice law? Is your brain in a jar somewhere?

Well couselor......

It is an unfounded claim that isnt based on any sort of factual evidence, and it is disrespectful to your father.

The fact that you would call your own father that says alot. It paints a picture of you being a person who lacks morals, family values, it shows that you are judgmental with no evidence pertaining to your judgment. It shows that you do not honor your father by according him something that we as a society accord strangers, the presumption of innocence until proven guilty based on factual evidence.

I dont know what kind of law program NYU has but I would say that you are not paying attention in class.

Because he has good reason. I didn't know my dad fought in Vietnam until I was 25. He'd never told anyone that he had gone. To this day he only talks about it vaguely and does not use any Veteran benefits.
