No; it's not.
1) Since it's the weekend, go take a warm bath & soak your shoulder. The warmth should help it relax & help the pain tone down.
2) Eat something & take some aspirin or motrin or advil. You can take 3 tablets every 6 hours for pain, but eat each time you take it.
3) Try not using that shoulder as much as possible for now. Use your other arm to reach & lift.
4) If the heat does not work, try making an ice pack & try that on your shoulder for 20 minutes each 4 hours. Place the ice pack inside a dish towel before applying, to prevent it from getting too cold.
5) On Monday, call your Doctor.

you need to either go to the hospital or the A n E if it really is too painful to bear. other than that you can use a heat/cold ice pack to ease the pain
take cocodomol or other painkiller with a anti inflammatory in it.

you have probably torn a muscle or pulled a ligament ion your shoulder.
you should avoid overusing the shoulder but try to keep it mobile so as you dont let it seize up.

good luck

I would leave it - in a doctor's office! Have it checked out as quickly as possible. The emergency room is not a bad idea, unless you have had symptoms of hypochondriasis in the past. If you are not sure, look it up.
I don't know your age, but it could be heart problem, bursitis, broken rib, and a number of other things. How long have you had it? There are places on the web to check out medical symptoms, but a medical doctor is your best bet.
