I have been on this a short time and it sems to change all the time. If they can not do it right why do it at all?

I have written them and complained. I was on this before they had the best stupid *** numbers and frankly it was more fun. When I was not designated top contributor I did not get so much hate mail.

Who knows? The human mind was not meant to comprehend the inner workings of Yahoo Answers. I personally believe it would operate better without the points system. Then you wouldn't get so many people giving silly answers just to accumulate points.
