i believe in signs alot they make me happy when they happen cause they are mostly true.

I don't agree with this. This has nothing to do with signs - figurative or metaphoric. If you are addicted to crack and cannot stop thinking about crack - that does not mean you should be thinking about crack. That is addiction what you are describing and that is not healthy.

This again sounds like addiction. In the 12 step program, they theach that you must stay away from all of those people as it leads back into addiction.

-I have this happen to me on a regular basis with me ex-boyfriend who I can't stop getting out of my head no matter how hard I try... Its a crazy thing I tell you, its like no matter how hard you try to get someone out of you're head, they keep coming back and you think, "What in the world is this trying to tell me, if anything." I tell you, I'll never figure it out though...

It could just be that this person has an attention addiction and does really not want you to be happy so keeps reeling you back in when you just start to get over them. Move on to someone who really wants to spend time with you and have a relationship.
