Yesterday, while laying sod, I got biten by something. Even today, after 24 hours, there's a circle around the bite with a diameter of 6 inches that's very swollen, and warm. It's also very itchy. I don't know if I should do anything about it or not. What do you think?

Go to pharmacy & buy some Benadryl. You can get it either in a cream (tube) or pill form. It will stop the itching.

Keep it blank first. Some calamine lotion might aid, or a few neosporin. Try placing a few neosporin on a band-support and masking it earlier than you pass to mattress. When yopu rise up within the morning, wash it with anti-bacterial cleaning soap and do not quilt it or contact it for the leisure of the day except you're cleansing it. You might also keep in mind taking a benedryl, because the swelling and redness might be an excessively slight allergic resopose. The benedryl will best quickly aid you. The best truly treatment is time.

Ground spiders can be very large and pack a lot of acid into a bite. The acid stops blood circulation and the pain can be reduced for a few days by applying peroxide to the skin every hour.

A bug that causes a 6 inch swelling sounds pretty nasty to me.
