An easy and great program that can be used for lots of photo projects including calendars is Scrapbook Factory deluxe 3.0. It has over 5000 customizable projects and over 4000 graphics. I love it.. I use it for easy digital scrapbooking pages, but it has calendars, photo cards, family trees, and a built in photo editor.

Costs about 20 or 30 dollars but its well worth it.
