Rice is kind of like shrimp. You can do anything with it. There's steamed rice, fried rice, boiled rice, rice casserole, rice pudding, rice paper, broccoli cheese and rice, sushi rice, cajun rice, etc. etc.

Think Chinese/Japanese first and do a search for recipes there. Then think Cuban, we eat rice with almost every meal, either white or yellow rice (yellow color from saffron) and make the best dishes like shrimp creole, paella, arroz con pollo and search those. Next would be Cajun type dishes which also use a lot of rice as base. That ought to give you a start of about 50 meals to start off with.

Biriyani. An dry Indian dish that consists mainly of spiced rice, mixed with a few veggies, and sometimes including lamb or chicken or shrimp. Very tasty, I like the lamb best.
Pork fried rice - typical Chinese fare there. Mainly fried rice, with some pork and bits of veggie mixed in.

rice balls (shaped sticky rice), sweet sticky rice (such as black rice), rice pudding, sushi, beans and rice (rice isn't usually sticky), stir fry, rice candy, rice crispies, and I believe special K has a lot of rice.
there's also a number of crockery dishes made with rice as the staple, and then a sauce such as tomatoes, but the above dishes are mainly rice. I've provided a link to more rice dishes below.
