There is supposed to be an unsubscribe info at the bottom of the page, click that or ask your mail administrator to block the mails or mail the sender to stop sending you anymore emails.

If it's something you signed up for and created an account, then cancel the account at their web site. The other suggestions are good as well.

1. unsubscribe from their mail list
2. block them
3. report them as SPAM mail

Is it job applicants or spam? If it's just spam?
Use a spam filter to dump it.

The e-mail should have a link in it that says "to unsubscibe do this....".
