Winavi Video Coverter Experts!!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!?

I have install WinAVI into my computer.
I put the register code.
I have convert lots of movies into DVD successfully!!
Now I need to convert some files into AVI and
here is the problem!!
When I want to convert a AVI Format video to
MPEG, after it finishes converting I open the video
to see if successfully got converted, the sound is
has alot of static, the audio of the video is gone and
you can hear is static!!
Please, can anyone help fix this problem?

Hi,
have you tried "DivX converter" i think this will work.

I think you need to download some codecs from their website, it must be missin somethin
