No everyone has the chance at salvation. God wants all of us to spend eternity with Him in heaven

The righteous are saved eternally. The unrighteous are thrown into the lake of fire. All are offered salvation, Christ died for all, the Lamb of God who took away the sins of the world.
Now all God wants is for you to believe. He take pleasure in the dead (eternal death) of no one but wish all to come to him in faith!

Yes. That's why we atheists are always trying to convince people to stop believing in God. Once they reject him, we'll swoop in and take their spots in Heaven.
