the first one is very very wrong...
the second is the correct one.
We always use the second.
Nos ( INDIRECT OBJECT Pronoun = us)
habría ( it would have)
gustado ( liked)
esto (this)
this is a sentence structure example and very useful because we build many sentences like that in real life.

The first phrase is better said
A nosotros nos habriamos gustado esto.
The second phrase is more widely used.
Why? I don't know.

The first one isn't Spanish at all. "esto" is subject and habrÃamos implicates that "we" is subject.
"Nos" is dative in Spanish. Literally it means:
"This would have liked to us". To like and gustar is dificult to learn because what's subject in English is dative in Spanish; what's subject in Spanish ius object in English.

the second:
would liked to have this
the second sentence is best to use in spanish because is the correct way to use the pronoun and verb in the sentence.

The first one means "We would have pleased this".
The second one means "This would have pleased us" (We would have liked this)
The first one, as you may now guess, is more common.
