Yeah the Department of Labor. If i recall correctly, the company has to pay within two billing cycles before it is considered unreasonable. Most likely he gets paid every 2 weeks. So after a month they would be in violation. Call the department of labor. They will provide you with a number for your local office, where you can file a complaint. Best of luck.

Most States have a Labor Relations Board that handles this type of problem. Check in the phonebook under Government (probably State) listings.

I would suggest that you contact the Better Business Bureau regarding their business practices. When a company asks you to pay money to find work, trust me it is a scam. Or you can contact Howard Thompson of PIX news network who has been assisting people with problems of scams.
