Sometimes my arms, abdomen, wrists, or legs will just shake for a while uncontrollably. It isnt bad, and it doesnt affect what I am doing, but it worries me. Any ideas on what it could be or how I could make it stop?

There are a couple of neurological conditions that will cause this. A doctor could run tests to find out which it is.

Or it might be simple a case of your blood sugar being low. In which case, a bit of food will help. But if that's it, you'll want to check for diabetes too.

In any case, get a check up.

And good luck!

Well, if it happens regularly then u must contact the doctor. This kind of shaking can be some kind of disorder. But not to worry much. I remember someone told me that this kind of shaking can be hereditary also. But still you should contact a doctor. It can also be because of deficiency of some vitamins or etc.

It could be low blood sugar, low oxygen, dehydration, fatigue... Are you taking good care of yourself?
