I need to get back something that I deleted from the add & remove programs. I have tried to restore several times,They cannot.What do I do to create a date? I tried that too ,what am I doing wrong here? bold dates,I tried several. Help!!

Once you remove a program, it is gone. You will have to reinstall it.

Computer guy is right. The restore point is for settings, not programs. The install package sets registry markers and the un-install removes them. Once gone a reinstall is the only way.
