If you mean shoot them off with a dog around...NO! I saw a video just this year of a dog getting his MOUTH blown off when he ran into an area where the rocket had been lit and picked it up like a stick before someone could stop him. Besides that, dogs are notorious for spooking with fireworks and can run away or hurt themselves out of fear.

If you have some place where you can put him so he can't see/hear the fireworks, then sure.

Yes you can have fireworks if you keep your dog indoors. Say for example a medium sized room with soft carpets and couches and no easily breakable things with a warm bed. Shut the curtains and visit your dog frequently or even better have someone stay with him all the time. Even if you didnt have fireworks if you are refering to an event like bonfire night lots of other people probably will.

WAY too little info. There are dogs that are not gunshy if you have one that is gunshy fireworks are a mistake. If they are not gunshy are fireworks leagal in your state? can you keep your dog safe from mishaps (don't want the dog retrieiving the firework like the joke)? Your self safe? I'd advoid the hugely noisy ones - you can overwelm even a not normal gunshy dog.
A professional display is probably not the best idea- leave the dog home - you can't control it and the crowds AND fireworks are a tad much..

It is not like you cannot. But the only thing is that the loud noises will terify your dog. I would sugest mabey if you want to do fireworks put your dog in your room and close the door. You dog will still be able to hear the fireworks but it will prevent you dog from seeing them and that is enough to not having them terrified.

That would be a miraculous event. I think that reporters should be there at the time of birth, maybe a sky writer, and definitely fireworks. Hold a press conference when you feel up to it. This whole thing is just incredible. Is this a scientific thing or what? You are amazing. Maybe they will make a movie of the week out of your story.

Congratulations.

I have never had a dog that was scared of fireworks. Not all dogs are scared of them or even care. If your dog is easily startled, it may bother them, but most do just fine. In fact, my dogs will sit and watch them with me, on a leash of course. They even sleep through thunderstorms.
If your dog is easily frightened though, be prepared to keep them in a kennel or something where they can't harm themselves.

no, the loud bang made by firework tends to scare dogs, cats, hamsters and other animals. you will find that your dog may well try to hide under the sofa or under a bed from the noise
their ears are far more sensitive than a human ear and the noise is 10 times louder to them than to us

I say no. Dogs are very sensitive to loud noises and it just isn't worth it! If you must, be sure to put your dogs in a protected place like in the house with the tv on so that they won't be as frightening.
