and the amount of time I should cook it and the temperature because I do not want too under cook it . Is it bad for you if you under cook pork because I have heard you can get a tate worm if you under cook pork.

Its one of the worst offenders for food poinsoning in meat, undercooking pork..

Depends what you're having it with, but you can grill or fry. Wait till the juices run clear..

You need to make sure it is piping hot and cooked all the way through. Check this by using a knife to see if it cooked all the way through. The time and temperature vary depending on what size of fillet you are cooking. Approximately 30 minutes at medium temperature in a frying pan.

I like to marinate in Clover Valley sold @ the Dollar General store - has the same type flavor as Dale's, but nowhere near as salty. Cook over medium/hot coals til juices run clear - about 15 - 20 minutes per side depending on how thick.......Fixed this last night & they were wonderful!

cherry-wine pork

carmelize 1 sweet onion (sliced)
remove from pan
dredge pork in flour and brown on both sides
deglaze pan w/white wine (any will do)
add 1 cup of chicken stock and dried cherries
simmer for 30-40 mins
thicken sauce w/flour and water
VERY YUMMY

hmmmm i like to get 2 and split them both and put stuffing in the middle of the 2! i can never remember the times for em i have it written somewhere at work, but if you sprinkle different herbs on it and put onion slices on it while i cooks, its LOVELY! and apple sauce is great 2! hopefully someone else will tell you the times and temp and u can use this 2! hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....
