Alright Hitler did hate the Jews but how did he convince the Nazis (which are also humans with their own principles and freewill) to show no mercy? Did they not think that Hitler was wrong?

By using every available media to paint them as the main reason for Germany's problems, film footage making them out to be like rats scavenging and dirty, posters showing Jews taking and cheating money from poor German people, flyer's sent out saying that if you are blond then be afraid, but the main message that was drilled into people and moreover the SS is that they were a sub-human species getting ready to take over the world, the SS were trained so intensely that it all came down to a matter of science that the Jews were inferior as a race and therefore it was not really a crime to kill them as you would do a species of animal that has become a pest and too many, the women and children were regarded as biological time bombs and so there was no mercy given there.

You have to remember that Germany in the nineteen twenties thirties was in a real mess economically, Hitler used the Jews as the perfect scapegoat for this, and although most Germans did not know what he really had in store for them, they for the most were happy to go along with his theory, The Jews owned most of the business, they were the doctors the lawyers and the people with the most financially, these were desperate times and most people were ready to believe anything, Hitler promised them the world and to take them out of the mess they were in after WW1, and he made good on his promises for the most part, the religious genocide and the horror he took Germany into was the price they would have to pay for this.

First thing you need to accept is the Jews were not only hated in Germany, but across all of Europe as well. The French for example surprised the Germans in the summer of 1940 by taking the lead it gathering up French Jews for deportation to the East.

While a large number of Camps would exists in Germany proper, the vast majority of the Camps were built in Poland and further East where the local populations were more willing to assist the German administration of these camps. Most of these camps were commanded by SS officers in the rank of major and any German born SS men who drew this type of assignment were considered unfit for any other service, thus you were bound to have a lot of bad apples.

The Heer or the Army generally wasn't involved with the operation of these camps. That's not to say they were unaware of the camps, a great many Germans were keenly aware of what was happening at the camps, but none dared say anything about them less they find themselves being denounced and sent to one of these camps.

By the time the Germans decided on a 'Final Solution' to the Jewish problem they had developed systematic measures to exploit the healthy Jewish men capable of force slave labor while gassing the aged, feeble and infirmed and do so by being a cost effective operation. It wasn't very difficult for the Nazis to find the monsters within their ranks, there are monsters hidden among all of us.

After WWI the pride of Gremany was hurt and Hilter keep speaking that all their problems where with the Jews.
So people like to find simple solutions to complex problems so it was the Jews that took the brunt of it.
When people are work up it doesn't take much to think of someone as nonhuman.

Some were following orders or they be shot.

So Hitler took that force and than directed towards the Russian, Pols., homosexuals, Christians, mentally handicapp, and other undesireables.

So when someone says we need to wipe out all Jews or Christians or whatever they bear watching.

He asked Hitler why kids and wemon and he said because they could grow up and have babys. That the children would advinge the deaths of there parents grand....ect. That if they killed the seeds first that there would be no way for them to grow up and produce more jews!!!

Remember that for the most part the regular army had little or no part in the extermination. It was the SS units that were in charge of the removal in the remote areas and ran most of the camps. These were people that swallowed the propaganda wholehearted and carried out any orders.

The regular army did participate in round ups and in the deportation, but many were under the impression that they were sending them to camps to work.

For those in the military that found out and hated what was happening, they could do little to help as the Gestapo and the SS would arrest them for treason for speaking against the Jewish problem (as it was referred to).

Germany during Hitlers reign had a very large ministry of propaganda and it fed information to its own as well as foreigners. Most of the general population did not know of the extermination and many only heard rumours. Most did not want to believe that Germans were capable of such acts. But there was little anyone could do due to the tight controls on the populace at the time.

It's called brainwashing. Hitler said it all in his book "Mein Kampf", where he wrote that the Jews were the root cause of all evils in this world, that the Jews were sub-humans, that the Jews had an ultimate plan to subjugate all Germans, etc. Hitler's book became a required reading for all Germans, especially in schools where it is taught to German schoolkids. The German government had so demonized the Jews through propaganda, so that every Germans felt an inherent hatred toward them.

It is the same thing that is happening in America today, where America's perceived enemies are continually being demonized and portrayed as evil in the media (Russia, China, Iran, Cuba, etc.).

The Jews down through history were blamed by the Christian Church for allowing the death of Jesus Christ by Crucifixion, when the Roman Governor asked them who should go free Christ or thief Barabbas they replied Barabbas.

European culture and propaganda had stereotyped the Jewish people into be looked at as creatures of the devil and not human, they were also accused of stealing Christian children for the performance of black magic blood letting rituals.

Hitler capped all that by blaming them as well for talking all the money out of Germany in WW1 thereby causing the German Federation to lose the war!!

All utter nonsense fed by the sick mind of a rabid Jew hating Austrian loser.

Outside of the S.S. recent information shows that many German Military Police Units were responsible for rounding up and killing hundreds of thousands of Jews in the occupied East, as well as Greece, Romania, etc., As were the involvement of many ordinary Infantry units.

The desire to exterminate the Jews was deeply ingrained in the brains of so-called Christians for hundreds of years.

For the Fascist supporters who would deny this, there is enough documentary evidence to support these facts as the perpetrators of the killings had themselves filmed and photographed doing it.

The Wehrmact did not take part in the mass killings, it was the Waffen SS and other SS units that showed no mercy to the Jews.
