Amsterdam - Maastricht, every 30 minutes, takes 2 1/2 hour.
Maastricht - Luxembourg, every hour, change at Liege (some also Namur) less than 4 hours.
Luxembourg -Brussels, at least once an hour, about 3 hours.
Brussels - Bruges, every 30 minutes, takes 1 hour,
Bruges - Antwerp, about every 30 minutes, takes 1 1/2 hour,
Antwerp - the Hague, once or twice an hour, takes up to 2 hours,
The Hague - Amsterdam, several times each hour, less than 1 hour travel time.

This is traveling working days in the day, there may be less trains during the weekends and in the evenings.
It is too much to do on one day, I assumed you stayed a day or so in each town.

There are direct trains from Maastricht to Brussels Central station every hour at 7 minutes after the hour. The trip takes 1:25 or 1:44 hr:min depending on which time you go. The train also stops at the Brussels north station.

This is a good website for train travel throughout Europe:
