Hey Silver it's good to be back.

First of all I would ask him to proof his powers.
And then I would ask why does he allow
such cruelty and hatred in the world.
Why won't he stop it?

My first question would be "If you want people to believe in you, then why not give us some honest proof of your existance?", then my second question would be "What was your point with that whole Sumatran earthquake thingy--was that just your idea of a REALLY sick joke--I mean what's up with that??!"

I think I would begin with ~ how incredibly convenient for you to show up now...I would ask him/her why the hell they watched all these painful occurences in my life and didn't think they needed to appear to me then...

I don't think I would be able to talk. I would feel like the little kid that was about to be punished. I would stand there with my head down in shame knowing that I should be punished but hope it doesn't hurt to much. I would not feel worthy of asking a question.
