Take yourself for a nice long walk and get out a funny dvd something you really enjoy.Sit back and relax with your feet up.When its over have a nice long soak in the bath.Then make yourself something you really like to eat.Even get some friends around to have a nice long chat with.Tell them you are feeling stressed.A problem shared can sometimes destress you.

Get a dog, take it for long walks in a forest where there are no people around and let it run free, play with the dog and just chill. No worries, no worries. Hope you feel better soon , not nice feeling stressed out:)

you can chill out if you do that which you really always love doing for example i love listening to music no matter how stress full it is around me i could always kick it off with some good vibe plugged to my hears it helped me when i quited smoking and still do over three years so,search for some thing to take your mind off what brings the stress sporting ,walking, etc but stay away from drugs because using drugs to kill stress sometimes you could be addicted to them.Good luck man

I simply stop in a strange bar, have a beer and a B^^^ch sesson , Bartenders and barmaids are usually immune to whining. and I can usually find someone whose life is more stressed and chaotic , self medicating..... all the bad stress goes away for just a little while,,,,for a couple of bucks,,,,

Sounds cliched, but lying down and taking very deep, slow breaths, and just focusing on that, sometimes works for me.
Also, you could try meditation.
if you go to your GP they can prescribe you a relaxation book and CD, that's what they did for me and it's worked quite well for me.
