Call an exterminator, or spray permethrin on your sheets. Permethrin is available at sporting good stores in the camping section - it's an aerosol spray. It lasts for 6 months even through washings and will repel all sorts of bugs.

Spiders or mites ? if it's mites you can lay down a plastic sheet then a mattress pad and cover. Spiders and mites don't usually don't bite in the same area twice so it's probably a different problem. Try using Cortaid or similar medicine on that area of your foot.,

it sounds like u are havening a allergic reaction to something bc what are the odds u get bit by spiders in the same place. Maybe it what ur washing ur sheets and socks with u could have become allergic to detergent or softener.

I also dont believe its spiders. when was the last time you replaced your mattress. or turned it over. do you have a cover on it. spray the mattress? are a few things it could be besides spiders.
