it really depends on how long your skin takes to heal. The danger of soaking in a bath or a pool e.t.c. is, if your tattoo has scabbed over, scabs soften up while soaking and if a scab fell off th ink would come out with the scab.
if u have been told how to clean and look after your tattoo scabbing is reduced to a minimum

You can't swim for 2-3 weeks after a tattoo.. So that would be the same I'd say

I have a lot of tattoo's. You're fine as long as you don't sit and soak for hours. A very quick bath or a quick shower is perfectly fine, just remember to pat the tattoo dry, not rub. If you're unsure, ask your artist.

You can bathe right away....same as taking a shower! It's going swimming or sitting in the hot tub that you will have to wait (or should wait) until the scab falls off.

It really depends on how fast it heals, but as a rule of thumb as long as its no longer scabby or tender to touch then you should be ok. also where is the Tatt'. if it will be fully submerged for the whole time then try to be brief. they say keepit protected from the sun for a lot longer than water.

What!!!!! why is everyone saying wait a month, take no notice. I got a bath the next day and everyday after that hasn't effected mine at all. Just keep putting your cream on it. Tats shouldn't effect everyday life.

well it obviously depends on how big the tattoo. and your pain tolerance. I've heard that wrists are more painful just because there is less/no fat there and the veins and stuff are closer to the surface.
