Self Confidence?

Question

I could have better self confidence. What are some things I could tell myself whenever I'm getting dressed or about to go somewhere that can boost my self confidence?

Try not to see yourself as you think others may see you. You are unique! There is only one you! Make it a habit to read stories which have inspired those people who have gone on to become famous. You have the free will to be anything you want to be, whats to stop you? Make a mental note of things which you think are beyond your grasp but within your reach, overcome them then move on to your next challenge.

Telling yourself stuff is not the way to better confidence but the way to be someone who talks to himself. Serenity now. The best way is to learn all about yourself. Socrates said "Know thyself" not talk to yourself. See article on site below.

Right this is guna sound stupid but, smile. It sounds silly but if you smile then you automatically feel great! I do this and it helps allot! And you can think up some things to say for yourself depending on the situation like if you are after a guy/girl then just say to yourself, "she/he likes me, did you see that look she/he gave me! she/he obviously likes me".

Just remember that God created you, and that you are one of a kind. Focus on all the good things about you, that others don't possess, all the good qualities, and don't even think about anything negative that you may percieve you have. Tell yourself, that you are one of God's children, and leave it up to Him. You are loved, and will be fine!
