Some of the over the counter popular brands of hemoriod meds. sit in a bath tube in warm soapy water for about 15 minutes twice a day. If she does not get an infection, it should start getting better in 24 hours.

If you're going to participate in those "extra curicular activities" Then Lubereally well and start with fingers...... to loosen it up..... It has to heal on it own.
