I was at my local Wal-Mart, exiting through the garden center when i saw my boss standing in front of his car with is hood up. He saw me and I he asked to use my car to jumpstart his car with his cable thingys. So he did, we were talking and out of nowhere, he roughly grabbed my thigh, and pulled it toward him. And I pushed him away because i freaked and he actually grabbed my wrist and pulled me in to kiss him. I was so freaked out I told him I would scream if he didn't let go. The nerve of him to do that right there in the little side parking lot.
He never hits on me at work, he never gave me a sign that he liked me, I guess it's 'cause i'm a waitress and we're so busy.
He apologized repeatedly & actually told me he was "just goofing around" and I called him many words and left quickly.
It turns out i am now fired. I told my boyfriend and he's literally searching for him. I dont know what to or do how to go about reporting this. There's no witness but i do have bruises.

I feel so wrong and disgusting and helpless I just don't know what to do. I haven't left my apartment or talked to anyone. Because everyone knows about it now. Any advice on how i should take this up with police or the restaurant or Wal-Mart?

Sounds like a sexual harrassment law suit to me. Too bad you don't have any witnesses, except for the fact that you got fired the next day without any notice, which kind of proves what happened. Get to an attorney, make a police report, and go after him for damages. Good luck, see what the 'reason' is for your getting canned, you should win this one

Geez. What a creep! I think you should talk to the police and tell them exactly what happened to you and get their advice on how to handle this. They'll be able to tell you what to do from there. The sooner you go the better so they'll be able to see the bruises he left. Remember you didn't do anything wrong and I'm sure this isn't the first time he's acted roughly towards women. Good luck and I hope you get your job back.

Everyone here i correct but you need to act quickly. Most places record the activity in the parking lot but some record over the tape after a set amount of time sometimes as little as 24 hrs. So you would have big time proof!

He didn't just hit on you, he sexually assaulted you and you have bruises! I'd get the police involved right now. No one should be treated like that.
I'd also take it up with his boss, perhaps consider filing a sexual harassment law suit against your boss and the company. They're not allowed to fire you for this. You need a lawyer.

Walmart has cameras in the parking lot.Talk to someone in there and then go and get a warrent out on him for abuse.And you can sue him for firing you . Get on the ball girl and dont let this freak get away with it.
