i keep going on the adobe website but there is no link to download it

yes there is a download for shockwave for mac

Hello Laura,

Although I am not a Mac owner there is a notice on the Shockwave site saying the software is compatible with Mac OS X v10.4 "Tiger."

It also contains a link to download Shockwave.
