Wash with antibacterial soap, which helps reduce the itching and avoid scratching because it just makes it worse. Pat your skin dry instead of rubbing it which also makes the itching worse.
Use a paste of baking soda and water on the bites. Just add enough water to baking soda to make it pasty. Simple.
Use an ice pack to reduce the swelling.
If you own an aloe plant, cut a piece off and use the sap to sooth and protect the bite to avoid infection. Aloe also is good on burns and the plant will recuperate from the cut.
Monitor the bites for several days. If they become inflamed in appearance or warm to the touch they could be infected.
Monitor your health for headache fever chills etc., which could be symptoms of more serious illnesses cause by mosquito bite and see your physician.

Got any Benadryl? Or an over-the-counter sleeping aid with dyphenhydramine in it?
Benadryl is diphenhydramine. If you had any Benadryl ointment or spray, I don't think you would be asking this question, so I will assume you don't. If you have any tablets or capsules or tablets with dyphenhydramine in them, crush the tablets or empty the capsules. You can mix them with water or something like cold cream to make a paste. Put that on your bites. You will probably have to put a band-aid or something over it to protect your clothes, especially if you have colored tablets.
Benadryl is a powerful local anesthetic. Most people don't know that. I have done this a dozen times with pink tablets, and it works for me.
If you don't have any diphenhydramine, my mom's old trick was a paste of baking soda. I can't remember if it worked or not.

Well, you can either put a small smear of Preparation H on it or eat a banana and wipe the skin over the mosquito bite. I have been told by Central Americans that this takes the itch away and promotes healing.

Get a bottle of clear nail polish; paint over the bite. Odd though it sounds, it will stop the itching. You might also want to take a dose of Benedryl if you're getting a lot of swelling.

Don't scratch it. It will make it worse. Lanacane or an anti-itch cream helps some.
