We are planning to visit our parents in USA.(mother and father)I am 22 years old and my sisters are 8(twins). Our grandmother is going to sponsor our trip and she will pay for our tickets. I'm bringing my aunt with us because I couldn't handle the twins alone in travelling. They are both currently enrolled and we are planning to go there this x-mas vacation. It was stated that you have to prove to the consul that you are coming back,is it reasonable enought that the twins are enrolled?they need companion with travelling and as of now, I am my mother's SPA with paying her bills here in the Philippines and would require to pay it monthly(so I really have to come back). What are the requirements needed for this cases? My mother and father will give a written permission to travel t see them. It's been 7 years since we last saw them. Please help. Thank you so much!

Present the enrollment forms of the kids to prove that they are coming back. Land titles and your certificate of employment must also be presented to ensure that you are returning after the visit. Likewise, show a credible bank account as evidence that you can finance your trip aside from the sponsorship of your relatives in the US.

Makes no difference what your father and mom occupations are or how many homes they very own, they are in simple terms involved in you using fact which you are the only making use of for the visa. in case you haven't any longer have been given a activity and a sturdy reason you will possibly be able to desire to return to the Philippines, it is not likely your vacationer visa would be authorized. The Philippines has an rather severe immigration fraud fee, so as a youthful, single woman with kin interior the U. S., they're going to suspect you will no longer go away whilst your visa is over. you will might desire to teach otherwise in case you desire a vacationer visa.

I have the same problem. I have applied twice and twice DENIED. i have a daughter there who is married to an American and they already have children. On my first application my purpose is to visit my daughter for two months. And my second purpose (after three months) is to attend an special event at our main office there and I stated in my ittenerary that I will pay a visit to my daughter DENIED again. During those two interviews. I was not able to show any documents. They do not give me a chance to show them. And you cannot just give it to them unless they ask for it. Like on the second time I tried to show them the invitation and the affidavit of support from both in the US and in the Phils. to no avail. The consul did not even try to look at them. He said"NO, NO, NO NEED" then DENIED. When you search the internet. It says "BRING ALL THE DOCUMENT.........Eventhough you have all the documents"but they will not take any effort to see those. How could you prove something if they will not give you a chance. So, the only thing I could help you is to say Good Luck and God Bless all of you. I hope there will be a kind consul who will grant your wish. Anyway you are the children maybe the consul will give all of you a chance to see your parents. Inquire to the travel agency because you have minors with you. I think you need papers from the DSWD. You can SEARCH and check the internet "US VISA" you can see what documents you will need to show up (if they will give you a chance to show them. I hope so). Just bring everything you can find in the internet so that you can show them if the consul will ask for it.

There is a great deal of fraud in the Philippines, and the consular officers are wary. Be prepared to provide evidence for all claims you make, and the more documentation you have the better off you will be.

It is assumed that you will not be going back to the Philippines. So, you must be prepared to overcome this and satisfy them that you will return home.
