I work with this guy and have been for a while and we're really good buddies. Yes, I have a crush on it but I love my job and don't act on crushes. I don't get crushes on people easily (17 years old and only 3 crushes EVER.)

Last week I had a dream where we kissed. Nothing major but I did slightly push him away even in the dream. And it has to be one of the most realistic dreams ever, to the point that when I awoke I could smell and feel him. And for some reason, it felt like everything had changed dramatically. He ended up calling a few hours later from work to tell me about my schedule and sounded a bit funny.

When I went to work the next day, he sort of kept his distance from me (which is weird since he likes to talk to me a lot) and when he did talk, he would suddenly move away from me and wouldn't stay still.

And apparently he kept doing the "lingering" stare, my friend told me after much "analysis"

Do you think he shared the same dream or something else? It's confusing...

Dream telepathy does exist as i was just reading about it this afternoon, there was research/study done on it by Dr. Van De Castle" and others and there are books about Dream telepathy.

But i think as with alot of crush dreams,it reflects your own feelings more than his.But that realer than real presence can sometimes be taken as actual spiritual presence. To really know whether you were in sync in sleep you'd have to ask him how he feels about you.Which im sure you dont want to do.His behaviour seems to suggest that your dream may be one sided ,though he may be shy.

Alot of people who have been married for many years or are very close frequently report having the same dream.

Yes, Islam does allow dream interpretations. As you know of Ibraheem(as) got the message of Allah, for slaughtering his son, in dream and that proves that dreams always mean something. Dreams also show mentle health of the person depending on what sort of food he uses before sleeping and also the time of sleeping and having dreams! And fortune telling is something that you do by intetions, knowing that, that kind of thing is haram would be wrong, but you don't have any powers over your dreams, you can't help them. Hope it helped!

He probably has the same feeling and knows it's not great at work, because, if you have a bad break up, you all still have to work together after and you know a lot about him and could use it against him. You might read up on emotional intelligence in the workplace or at home.

When you had your dream it changed the way you felt about him. He picked up on this and even though he may like you, he may not know how to deal with the change in you towards him...give it time it will all work out..
